Little Rocks Program

Our youth curling program aims to provide a safe and fun environment for interested youth aged 7 to 20, and is designed to help them understand and master the fundamentals of the sport. New curlers are welcomed at each level. Our experienced coaches will guide them through delivery drills, short games, teamwork and positions of play as well as strategy and curling etiquette. Throughout the season, there will be additional opportunities for interested players to participate in the various bonspiels hosted around Ottawa. The season runs from October to early April.
