Dear Donors or Sponsors,
Alzheimer's and Dementia are devastating diseases that are affecting more and more people. More than ever, it is important to invest in support and care programs and services and to help caregivers. Today, 747,000 people are living with Dementia or a related disease, and this number is growing rapidly.
We are hosting a curling tournament as a fundraiser for the Dementia Society of Ottawa. This tournament is open to all and will be held at the Navan Curling Club on Saturday, March 31st from 8 am to 4 pm. Registration includes 3 games and a lunch. All the money raised will be donated to the Dementia Society and will be used to directly support our local programs and services that significantly reduce the personal and social consequences of these diseases in and around our city.
