Yes, the curling season just ended but we are ready to get you signed up for the next one!!
Thank you for your interest in curling at the Navan Curling Club. Wecome back if you are a returning member and if you are joining the Club for the first time, you’ll be happy you signed up!
You must complete the online registration, and submit payment, no later than midnight August 1st, 2019. Returning members who miss this deadline will be charged a $25 late fee. Please note that you are not considered registered until the payment is received!
Many of the leagues are always at or near full capacity as returning teams are guaranteed spots for the next season, so complete the registration and get your payments in early ! Be advised that returning members who apply after the August 1st registration deadline lose their preferred status and are no longer guaranteed a returning placement.
FOR RETURNING MEMBERS
To register, click on this Online Registration link. If you were already logged in, proceed with your registration. Otherwise, you'll have to log in using your existing username and password. After logging in, you’ll end up on the Member’s Home page but the registration menu is still available. Click on the "2019-20 Registration is now Open" menu item to get started.
Your personal information will carry over from last season, please verify that it’s correct but make changes if needed.
You will also have to re-enter your sparing information and any volunteer intentions as that info was cleared at the end of last season.
The sparing options will appear at the end of your registration process, but to enter yout volunteer information, you have to look under the Member's Home menu, then select "My Volunteer Interests" from the Member Information list.
FOR NEW MEMBERS
All new members, including children enrolling in the Youth Programs, must establish a User Account prior to registering. Click on "Sign up" to get started (link is also visible to the right below the Member Login).
NOTE: U-21's can sign up and register on their own, however we ask that parents enroll the Little Rocks and U-18's on the child's behalf. A valid email for the child will be required so the confirmation email will be received upon successful registration. (Their email address must be different from the parent’s email address. The Club’s management software requires each user account to have its own unique email address.)
When the Webmaster approves your User Account access, you will receive an email confirmation. Upon receipt of that email, log into the website with the credentials you just created and you will be brought to the Member’s Home page where the Online Registration link can be found. You can then complete your registration to become a member of the Navan Curling Club

Although it's not mentioned in the guide, please note that a new league type was added this year for Full Time Students, 25 years and under.
The guide also describes how to change your auto-generated password to something easier to remember. Please find that info on page 2.
All Curling Clinics are arranged through the Club Manager, Greg Camm, and are first come, first served…so sign up asap, numbers will be limited to ensure each curler gets maximum attention.
Each clinic will consist of a 4½ hour, mainly on ice training session. Lunch is included in the fee of $50.

Intermediate Clinics – October 19th & 26th
ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION INFO
Two registration events on June 15th and July 25th are primarily for returning members that require assistance with the online registration process.
These two in-house registration events are "tentatively" scheduled for noon to 3 pm at the Club. Keep an ey on the Club Calendar for correct times in case one moves to the evening.
New members can attend but please be advised that there will be no commitment to whether they will be able to join a team or register a new team until after the registration deadline of Aug 1st.
We have committed to informing people on the waiting list of whether their application is accepted by Aug 8th at the latest.
Fixed Team Leagues: 2 members of each returning team must register with payment in full by the registration deadline to guarantee entry into the league. If submitting a paper form, Skips must also attach a separate sheet with full team information. (This information is captured in the online registration form, so online registration is encouraged and much easier than the paper format)
Non-fixed Leagues: Each returning member must register and submit payment in full by the registration deadline to guarantee entry into the league.
